Player of the Game - Panther Freshmen. Three rookies scored in double-figures, led by the 15 points from both Courtney Lindfors and Angela Rodriguez. Kimee Chandler added 10 points in her first career start. The trio combined for 40 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 blocks and 5 steals.

Turning Point - 16:33 in the first half. It was 7-6 before a 24-7 Detroit run put the game out of reach. The Titans added an 18-2 run for a game-high 26-point lead. Milwaukee fought back within 12 late, but would get no closer.

Stat That Mattered - 10 threes for Detroit. The combo of Dominique Dixon and Cherridy Thornton combined for all 10 threes for Detroit. They hit seven in the first half to stifle the Panthers any time they looked to claw back into the game.

The Notebook - Lindsay Laur’s double-double (20 p, 12 r) is her fourth-straight, the second-longest streak in school history (tying Traci Edwards, 2005-06). Erica Young holds the school record (5 games) … Chandler is the ninth Panther to notch a double-digit game this season … Lindfors’ 15 points are her most since 35 points at Chicago State … the last Panther opponent to score 30 points in a game was Tiffany Webb (31 points), Feb. 27, 2003 … Dixon’s 32 are its most since Chantelle Anderson had 35 Nov. 30, 2001 … the last time an opponent scored 90 points was Nov. 30, 2005, when DePaul had 90.
