Hagen Heading Back To Camp...

Sarah Hagen is returning to the U.S. U23 National Team this month, heading to Carson, Calif., for a training camp Jan. 9-16.

Srah is coming off a standout season that saw her named a semifinalist for the M.A.C. Hermann Trophy and net NSCAA All-America First-Team honors. She led the league and was near the top of the nation in with 19 goals and 44 points. Among her other honors were Horizon League Player of the Year (second-straight), League Offensive Player of the Year (inaugural award), All-League First Team (third-straight) and League Tournament MVP (third-straight).

To get a more complete list of her awards, check out some of my releases at uwmpanthers.com for her awards, like this one for example.

Sarah has seven appearances with the U23 National Team, making four starts. She travelled with the team to Germany for a pair of games, while also playing in England at the Four Nation's Tournament, which the U.S. won. She scored goals against Portland in a stateside exhibition and also scored the equalizing goal in a 2-2 draw with the Korean Republic U20 team in Germany.
