Panthers Primed For Saturday's Big Game

After last night's 78-71 win over Northern Kentucky, the Milwaukee women's basketball team continued their push toward the Horizon League Tournament.

UWM increased its chances for earning the No. 2 seed in the tournament with that win, something not lost on producer/host and sports correspondent for The Big 920 - WOKY/Newstalk 1130 - WISN in Milwaukee.

Write's Miller, "This Saturday afternoon at the Klotsche Center on the UWM campus the Women’s basketball team will be playing in their program’s biggest game in a decade."

The game Miller is referring to is the matchup between Milwaukee and Wright State - the two teams currently tied for second place in the league standings with 10-5 conference records.
