Panther cross country and track and field alum Dot McMahan (formerly Dot Bunnell) has done a lot of running in her time - both for the Black & Gold and since graduating from Milwaukee in 1999.
McMahan is now set to run the well publicized New York Marathon this Sunday after recently celebrating her 40th birthday - a significant number in the distance running world these days, writes Milwaukee Journal Sentinel sports reporter Lori Nickel.
